Refund policy
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after your order becomes delivered to request a return.
For UK/international orders, Please wait for your order to take up to 14 days to be delivered, before making a request of your order not be delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please email us on junojewelsuk@gmail.com . Returns must be sent to an address which will be sent on email.
Customers have to cover the cost of returning the item and initial order shipping cost would be deduced from refunded amount unless the product is damaged/faulty.
You can expect to receive a reply within 24-48 hours, after sending an email.
What if my order is damaged or lost?
Please make sure your order is correct and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and fix it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can i return a phone case?
Since every phone case is personalised and made to order, a refund cannot be issued unless if the phone case was damaged/faulty or not as described
